Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Certain items, such as personalized or hygiene-related products, may not be eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our support team via our Contact Form with your order details and reason for return.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

The item must be shipped back within 7 business days of receiving return authorization.

Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

If your return is denied, we will notify you with the reason.

Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability.
